Terms of Service

The Site is operated by ItsMarwan (“I”, “me”, “my”), an individual creator selling UEFN assets, systems, templates, and digital products, trading as ItsMarwan and based in Egypt. You can reach me on Discord (@itsmarwan.) or through the shop links in the footer.

• “Site” means this storefront and everything on it (pages, code, checkout flows, admin tools).
• “Product” means any digital asset, system, template, pack, or other file sold or distributed through the Site.
• “License” means the usage rights granted for a Product, set out in full in the License & Usage Terms.
• “Account” means the Discord-authenticated profile used to sign in, purchase, and hold licenses on the Site.
• “you” / “your” means the person or, where Section 3 permits, the parent/guardian acting for a minor, using the Site or holding an Account.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an Account, purchase, access, or use any Product sold on this Site. If you are under 16, you may not use the Site or buy or use my assets, and I will terminate any Account found to belong to someone under 16.
• If you are between 16 and the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to buy and use Products, and that they agree to be bound by these Terms and the License & Usage Terms on your behalf.
• By creating an Account or completing a purchase, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that all information you provide is accurate, and that you're not barred from using the Site under the law of the country you access it from.

• You sign in to the Site using Discord OAuth. You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure, and for all activity on your Account, including purchases made from it.
• You must provide accurate information when completing a purchase (e.g. transaction or membership IDs) so a license can be verified and issued.
• One Account per person. Creating multiple Accounts to evade a ban, a price, a promotion, or a purchase limit is a violation of these Terms.
• I may suspend or terminate an Account that violates these Terms or the License & Usage Terms, without a refund of any license already issued.

• Products may be purchased through Buy Me a Coffee using the direct checkout / “Pay with Card” option, or through Patreon for pledge-based access. These payment flows are processed on Buy Me a Coffee andPatreon, not on this Site itself, and are subject to those platforms' own terms, fees, and payment methods.
• The Site's own currency switcher is a display convenience only. Displayed conversions use rates that may lag the live market and are not exact; the amount you're actually charged is always the item's native listed price on the payment platform used at checkout, not the converted display figure.
• Prices, sales, and bundle discounts may change at any time without notice, and don't apply retroactively to a purchase already completed.
• Access to a Product is granted only after payment is verified through the relevant platform - I'm not responsible for delays caused by that platform.
• Each license and download is uniquely generated and fingerprinted to the purchasing Account for anti-leak tracing.
• You're responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other transaction tax owed in your own jurisdiction on a purchase, except where a payment platform collects it automatically at checkout.

Purchasing a Product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use it, subject in full to the License & Usage Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Without limiting that page, you specifically may not: resell, redistribute, or re-upload a Product anywhere, in original or modified form; claim authorship of a Product; use a Product to train, fine-tune, or prompt an AI/ML model; or sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your license to anyone else. Read the License & Usage Terms in full before purchasing - it also governs what happens if you violate it.

Because products are delivered instantly or shortly after purchase, all sales are final once a license has been issued or a download has been accessed, except where required by applicable law. If something is broken, missing, or not as described, contact me on Discord and I'll make it right.

No refund, price adjustment, credit, or other compensation will be offered for a purchase made before a sale, discount, bundle update, or similar promotional period. If you buy a Product before a sale, you are not entitled to a refund, partial refund, reimbursement, or compensation because the item later goes on sale or a promotion runs later.

EU/UK right of withdrawal: if you're a consumer in the EEA or UK, you'd normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because a Product is digital content delivered immediately (not on a physical medium), that right doesn't apply once delivery has started - by completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the license is issued or the download begins, in line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and the equivalent UK regulation).

Chargebacks & payment disputes: filing a chargeback, dispute, or reversal for a Product you were actually delivered, instead of contacting me first, is treated as a fraudulent claim. It results in immediate revocation of the related license(s) and permanent Account and Discord ban, and I reserve the right to contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery and to recover any related fees or costs where permitted by law.

• The Direct Payment / reference-code flow (Buy Me a Coffee) asks you to send a payment matching a specific generated amount. Your license or access to the item you paid for is granted as soon as a matching payment is verified, regardless of anything in this section.
• If you send noticeably more than the amount requested, I'll ask you to choose what happens to the extra: keep it as a one-off tip/support with no further action, or save it as store credit on your Account for a future purchase.
• Store credit has no cash value, isn't a refund, gift card, or stored-value instrument, and can't be withdrawn, cashed out, or transferred to another Account. It can only be applied automatically toward the price of a future Direct Payment code, in the same currency it was earned in, up to that item's price.
• Available credit is applied to your next outstanding Direct Payment code automatically and can't be split across more than one code at a time. If a code it was applied to expires unused (Direct Payment codes expire 24 hours after being generated), that credit is returned to your balance rather than lost.
• I may add or remove credit manually to correct an error, resolve a support request, or reverse credit obtained through fraud or a chargeback. Credit tied to an Account that's terminated for violating these Terms may be forfeited.

• Don't attempt to bypass, tamper with, or reverse-engineer license verification, download protection, or fingerprinting.
• Don't use the Site to abuse, scrape, or overload the storefront, checkout, or admin systems, or probe it for security vulnerabilities without my prior written permission.
• Don't misrepresent a transaction ID or membership to claim a license you haven't paid for.
• Don't use a stolen payment method, or a transaction/membership ID that isn't yours, to claim a license.
• Don't resell access to, or act as an unauthorized reseller/middleman for, my Products or Account credentials.
• Don't use the Site or a Product for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's intellectual property or other rights.

Payments and pledges are processed entirely by Buy Me a Coffee and Patreon, and sign-in is processed by Discord - I never see or store your payment card details. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and I'm not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, or actions on your account with them.

Products are built for use inside Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) and the Fortnite ecosystem, which are owned and operated by Epic Games. Your use of a Product inside UEFN, or as part of any island, mod, or experience you publish, is also governed by Epic Games' own EULA, Fortnite Creator Economy agreements, and marketplace guidelines, which I don't control. It's your responsibility to make sure your own use of a Product complies with Epic's terms - I'm not responsible for any action Epic takes against your account, island, or creator status, and I don't guarantee a Product will keep working after a UEFN/Fortnite/Epic update, policy change, or deprecation outside my control (see Section 13).

If you leave a review, testimonial, or other feedback about a Product or the Site, you grant me a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it (in full or in part) on the Site or in marketing, and you confirm it's honest, your own, and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. I may remove or decline to publish any review or feedback at my discretion (for example, if it's abusive, spam, or clearly fake).

Other than the license granted to a purchased Product, I retain all right, title, and interest in the Site and every Product, including all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property in them. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you, or grants you any right to use my name, branding, or “ItsMarwan” trademark without my prior written permission.

You acknowledge that Products are built against Discord, Buy Me a Coffee, Patreon, and Epic Games/UEFN/Fortnite - platforms I don't own or control. Those platforms can change their terms, APIs, pricing, or availability at any time, which can affect whether a Product keeps working, whether your Account keeps functioning, or whether you can keep using something you purchased. You accept that risk as part of using digital products built on third-party platforms, and I'm not liable for a Product breaking, or becoming unusable, because of a change made by one of those platforms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold me harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected to: (a) your breach of these Terms or the License & Usage Terms; (b) your misuse of a Product, the Site, or any purchase credential; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including Epic Games) through your use of a Product.

Products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that a Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with a future version of UEFN or Fortnite.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) a Product or the Site, even if I've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability can't be excluded by law, my total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a Product or the Site is limited to the amount you actually paid for that Product in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, or, where relevant, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

I'm not responsible for any delay or failure to provide the Site or a Product caused by something reasonably outside my control - including outages or policy changes at Discord, Buy Me a Coffee, Patreon, Supabase, Epic Games/Fortnite, or my hosting provider, internet or infrastructure failures, or other events of force majeure.

I may suspend or terminate your Account, or refuse a purchase, at any time if I reasonably believe you've violated these Terms or the License & Usage Terms, engaged in fraud or a chargeback, or otherwise put the Site, other users, or me at risk. You may stop using the Site and close your Account at any time by contacting me on Discord. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination - including Sections 6 (license), 7 (chargeback consequences), 8 (credit forfeiture), 12 (intellectual property), 14 (indemnification), 15 (disclaimer & liability), and this Section 17 - continue to apply after your Account is closed or terminated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you're entitled to under the law of the country where you live. Please contact me first so I can try to resolve any issue directly - most things get sorted out that way. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live instead.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to the contact below including: (1) a description of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact details; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. I'll review and remove infringing material where appropriate, and may terminate the Account of a repeat infringer.

You confirm you're not located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and that you're not on any restricted-party or denied-persons list under applicable export control or sanctions law. You agree not to access or use a Product in violation of any such law.

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the License & Usage Terms and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site and Products, and replace any prior agreement or understanding on the same subject.
• Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be read to reflect its original intent as closely as possible.
• No waiver: not enforcing a provision on one occasion doesn't waive my right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: I may assign or transfer these Terms (for example, if the storefront changes ownership); you may not assign your rights under these Terms without my consent.
• Notices: I may give you notice under these Terms via Discord DM, the email tied to a claim, or a banner on the Site; you can give me notice using the contact details below.
• Headings: section headings are for convenience only and don't affect interpretation.
• Language: these Terms are drafted in English; any translation is for convenience only, and the English version controls in case of conflict.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above, and where a change materially reduces your rights I'll try to give reasonable notice before it takes effect.
